The turnout for the annual Barsi program of Sant Baba Tara Singh Ji was larger than previous years. Well-wishers and the sanggat arrived from all corners of india as well as from overseas. This year, the Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Public School at Sarhali was fully completed and used to house visiting sanggat. The open-air langar area was also shifted to a new area between the school and the NRI building - thereby reducing the crowds at the entrance to Gurpuri Sahib.

Sant Baba Tara Singh Sampardai Kaar Sewa Sarhai would like to extend an invitation to the Sanggat to attend the annual barsi programme of Bhram Giani Sant Baba Tara Singh ji and Bhram Giani Sant Baba Charan Singh ji at Sarhai, Tarn Taran, Punjab. The programme will be as follows:

Welcome to the official website of Sant Baba Tara Singh ('SBTS') Sampardai Kaar Sewa, Sarhali - which has been undertaking dozens of projects over the past few decades. These include the construction of Gurdwaras, langgar halls, accomodation rooms for pilgrims, gurmat academies, colleges and free hospitals in various parts of India and Bangladesh.

The annual Barsi Semagam attracted tens of thousands of people from 30 Dec 2011 to 1 Jan 2012. Sanggat from across India as well as from overseas attended the semagam.
Besides the Akhand Paath, the program included kirtan darbars, a mela outside the Gurdwara compound, Amrit sanchar ceremony, a gatka exhibition, a Kabaddi tournament and a sponsored mass wedding of poor couples.Please view photos in our Photo Gallery.
Baba Sukha Singh ji and Baba Hakim Singh ji would like to thank everyone for their support in making the semagam a success.
